<p>Envelope was large, contained a folder with enclosures, had Lafayette on cover. From previous experience I think Marquis letters go out first, then regular acceptances a few days later.</p>

<p>Marquis scholarship says minimum of 20K (for 2011 entering freshman). Anyone know the possible maximum for merit only (non-need based) scholarship?</p>
<p>That would be 80k over 4 years plus 4k for study abroad if no other demonstrated need. More if there is need.</p>

<p>The Lafayette web site says mid-1300s on the SAT without writing and a mimimum of a 31 on the ACT. If you look at the web site, it explains a lot about the scholarship and the Marquis himself.</p>
