I've heard its one of the most social dorms at Cornell, but what else is there to know about it? Is it one of the ones everyone wants to be in? Is it new/renovated? Are the rooms big? Etc...

It has stairwells that run all the way down all six floors. This makes it ideal for dropping beers, which make a thunderous noise when they hit the ground floor. Moreover, the windows to the rooms open in a manner where they angle inward from the bottom up, making it possible for one to urinate out of them onto the lawn below. That's pretty much the important stuff.

Good to know. If I'm more than 2 doors down from the bathroom, I think its safe to say what'll happen in the middle of the night after a night of drinking

Classy, mcdcoops. Donlon smells like the culmination of urine, body odor and beer. It's pretty loud. Apparently it used to be better than it is now, according to the facebook group "Donlon Used to be The ****". I wanted to live there but I was put in a Dickson single, which was awesome. Generally Donlon and Dickson are known for being the most social dorms. If you want to study, Donlon has study lounges on the first floor, which are convenient. Um..what else..the shape of the building is like mildly retarded.

mcd, you wont be the first.
