Is there a program that chokes more,
10 point lead with 1 min left against duke, Loss
22 point lead in final four, loss
20 point lead against Clemson with 11 min left, Loss

I just read the Diamondback Article (luckily, we were busy and I missed the game on TV). :(

I had to watch it on TV. SO sick of the Terps blowing it at the end. Turnovers are killing them.

I missed the most of the first half and turned on the tv ready to watch a great second half and celebrate a big victory on Senior Night. Needless to say I was furious by the end of the game. Its been awhile since I have been that angered over the result of a sports game and I am not even a student at MD yet.

I hope they can recover from this loss but they had better get their act together next year.

need a miracle run in the ACC to get to the Big Dance, otherwise, NIT is waiting

one of the ESPN talking heads still has UMD "on the bubble", given a decent showing at the ACC (i.e. even if they don't win the tourney). That would be nice, but we're not holding our breath!!!

Well, if they do go to the NIT, at least Gist and Boom Osbey will get a chance to play one more game in the Comcast Center. (always have to look at the bright side!).

But, I do need to buy a new TV now. Somehow, my old one stopped working around 10 PM on Sunday night. Probably caused by the impact with the ground after I threw it out of my window!

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

well some of the ESPN 'experts' are not really experts at all. They said ACC will have 6 (including maryland & miami) probably not gonna happen unless these two teams win at least 2 ACC tourney games. Well, let's hope Terps will beat UVA first, then we talk about whether they have a shot at the NCAA tourney.

I hope the UMD mens basketball team can get back in the game next season....i mean the girls a pretty good i wish the UMD was a little more decent

You do realize that if UMBC beats Hartford on Saturday, they'll get an automatic NCAA tournament bid for winning the America East conference tournament? That's not too embarrassing!
