Master List of Music School Acceptances, Fall 2011

<p>The first acceptance of the season has been announced, so it is time to start the Master List with congratulations to 18karat on acceptance to Cornish College of the Arts.</p>

<p>We will be handling the cumulative list a bit differently this year, not adding to it after every announcement, rather keeping it in a spreadsheet and posting a summary here every now and again. We continue to encourage students or their parents to post individual announcements to this thread and will acknowledge those that we notice have been made on other threads.</p>

<p>The upcoming year's Master List of Final Decisions will be created once those decisions start getting made.</p>

<p>Accepted for Music Education (BM) at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development! I play the flute (if you couldn’t tell from the username, haha).</p>

<p>Accepted for Jazz Studies at Loyola University-New Orleans, I’m a jazz percussionist.</p>

<p>D was accepted to Westminster Choir College for Vocal Performance (BM), with a scholarship. She’s thrilled. Congrats to the jazz percussionist who was accepted to Loyola!</p>

<p>Heidi just received a YES from Oberlin! She’s going ahead with her other auditions, but this is very exciting for all of us!</p>

<p>I was accepted to Oberlin Conservatory for Classical Guitar Performance (BM)! I applied Early Review and heard from Admissions yesterday. I am very happy!!!</p>
