Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) degree

Does anyone have any information about the 1 year degree? I know MIT, Upenn, Columbia, and Cornell offer this degree. From what I've heard, it is essentially a MBA degree but geared towards real estate development. I am currently a B.Arch student at Cornell and hope to acquire a real estate dev degree afterwards. My main interest is not in the money that developers make, but more in how an understanding in design can help improve our built environment with a knowledge in financing, development, and business. I feel that the two work well with each other.
