<p>I know this isn't exactly what the discussion board is for but I am stuck on a problem. Not that I can't solve this kind of problem, it's just I am unfamiliar with the format. Here's the question:</p>
<p>In fighting forest fires, airplanes work in support of ground crews by dropping water on the fires. A pilot is practicing by dropping a canister of red dye, hoping to hit a target on the ground below.</p>

<p>I am not asking for someone to solve this--not that i would object--but if someone is familiar to the program and could help me out I would be most greatful.</p>
<p>Also, any advise for the reading section of the ACT. I score mid to high thirties in math and science but can't get my reading past a 28.</p>
