<p>I know a communications degree is according to the majority of people "useless". I just wanted to know what kind of masters would mixed well with a comm degree. I'm obviously not from the U.S but I'm not opposed to study there if needed.</p>
<p>Finance. Business. Accounting. Any ‘practical’ major. Communications would just be a ‘plus.’ </p>
<p>But studying in the US doesn’t mean you can work in the US.</p>
<p>I just mentioned U.S because I’m pretty sure most of the people here are North Americans. And in terms of Working visa and all that I would have no problems since I’m puertorrican.</p>
<p>If you are Puerto Rican, you are a US citizen, and there are no problems with working anywhere in the US. If you ask your question in the Grad School Forum or in the Parents Forum you will probably get more useful answers than you will find here.</p>
