pls people!!someone reply!!!

Okay, stop trolling.

There are better engineering universities for sure.
But Upenn is tough to get into, so congratulations on that. And its an ivy. So its a pretty good university. You’ll do fine there. Enjoy :D

Wow! UPenn is a great school…and studies there are amazing dude, don’t worry. It’s an Ivy after all. And yes, it is a party school, but plenty of Indians have studied there (like Anil Ambani), so its nothing you can’t cope with.
Its a very large school, so there will be a lot of students. Life on campus is amazing, there is very little discrimination, because its such a large university…and people being friendly? Everywhere you go, you’ll find both friends and haters. So there’s nothing you can do about that
Don’t worry…there are so many Indians like you. Its natural to be scared. But trust me, once you get past the homesickness, its not so bad :)

@izzie97 can u give me more insight sbout the life there?and should i know how to cook food?

@ppaayas what made you think im trolling???

is it you or your sister (using same ID)

Whatever, UPenn is a great school, yes, people everywhere work hard and play hard. You (or your sister) will be fine, key is to balance fun with studies.

^That!
Enjoy :)

It’s good to know the basics of cooking…simple things so you don’t starve…but don’t worry, I’m sure the colleges have cafe’s and stuff. I mean, Rutgers does, so I’m sure upenn will too.
There used to be the big culture shock factor, but with so many Indians and so much international assistance, the life there is actually very nice. Do you have any relatives or friends there?
