Masters @ MIT Media Lab or S.M. at Harvard Comp Sci

Hey y'all. I'm a recent graduate of Columbia Engineering where I majored in computer science and minored in economics. I am planning on applying to MIT and Harvard for a Masters degree in Computer Science in September. I earned a 3.7 GPA overall having taken 11 or so graduate level classes in Comp Sci during my undergrad and scored a 167/165 Reading/Quant on the GRE. I will be working at MSFT in the fall, and have had some interesting internship experiences under my belt.

Do I seem like a fit for these programs? How do you recommend that I make my application stand out? I do a lot of side projects and invent a lot of little gadgets - is there a way to emphasize my startup prototypes on the application?

Any help at all is immensely appreciated.
