<p>I really like the Masters Teas at Yale because they provide a small group setting with a famous/renowned person who speaks to the group of students. I haven't heard of anything similar at Princeton. Does anyone know if Princeton has something like this?</p>
<p>Math club organizes dinners with a small group of students and a professor. I’ve also gone to a few dinners for speakers in the public lecture series (although you have to get invited to those). I’ve gone to a few small talks over dinner organized by residential colleges with well known people. </p>
<p>I think the kinds of events you’re talking about definitely exist, they just are organized by a bunch of different people and groups (departments, clubs, res colleges, etc), and aren’t generally over tea.</p>
