"Material decline in grades" on admissions letter

Heya!
On my confirmation packet's main letter, it stated that if there is a material decline in my grades, then I could potentially lose my spot.
In all of my classes except for one, my grades went up or stayed at an A/A-. My one exception, World History, was absolutely terrible - I got a C+. A weighted B-, but on my transcript it shows up as a C+ (I had mono for the entirety of February and just couldn't make up all of the work).

I'm not sure if my school only has final grades for BS transcripts, like on college transcripts (my counselor did the same thing she does for college recommendations), so I hope so.

Will this slide from a B+ to a C+ be a factor even if I raise my grades in my last quarter?

Does anyone know if it's just the final grades that get sent in - and finally, it's something to note that I will be repeating 9th grade, so is this as much of a factor considering this year doesn't matter for college admissions nor on my official transcript?

Thanks so much!

I’m pretty sure it’s the final transcript. Even if you do get sent something by the school regarding grades, you can probably explain to them that you were sick and I’m sure they will understand.

I think it needs to be a more material slide that than and, esp. as you have a good reason (illness) I don’t think they would revoke your acceptance.

I just PM’ed you about something else.

@gwichkid: Where did you get accepted?

You should give the school a heads up proactively. Keep it simple.
