Material Science & Engineering Vs ChemE Vs Industrial Engineering

I’m in my senior year in che and will graduate next may and thinking of grad school.
I’m planning to leave Chem E after studying so much on it and thinking of branching out to a different field.
the graduate program in Purdue seemed very strenous for the first year. and the transport phenomena class is an important factor. It’s a class that u learn the underlying principles of CHE which is fluids transfers. This class is pretty hard but not unmanageable. It’s just when u didn’t do well in the first two class of it which is fluids dynamics and heat and mass transfer…

some other graduate programs i’m thinking is the industrial pharmacy program and the materials science.

ok I am a Biochemistry Graduate(B. Sc) but i have always had a passion for IE but not industrial biochemistry,so after some research i’ve been told the best thing i can do is to take up IE again at undergraduate level. But i am wondering if this is the best route i could go by to get to decision-making roles (management, etc) in the manufacturing industry and i am also concerned about which specific branch (i.e Systems eng, Material Science, Industrial logistics,Process eng, etc) in IE could grant you assess to a well paid job/position in a company or any working milieu!

suggestions highly welcomed please!
