Can someone clarify…where it says materials deadline due 11/8… this mean the supplemental questions can be submitted after 11/1 or do they mean SAT’s etc?

They should have a portal once you apply that will show what they have and don’t.
But an essay won’t be materials. That’s more likely a test of not self reported or LORs etc.
You could always write admissions and ask.
