Hello fellow CCers,
Sooo i was accepted to the Chemical Engineering and the Materials Engineering programs and, in all of my indecision, i have no idea which one i should choose. I feel like ChemEng is broader and would lead to more varied career opportunities but the co-op part of Materials is also pretty tempting.
Does anyone know if one program is better than the other? More challenging? Are the curricula very different? Are they the same size in terms of # of undergrads?
Also, this is less of a concern but what is the guy/girl ratio for McGill engineering? I'm a girl and i was wondering if some types of engineering have more girls than others maybe..?
Any input from current students or alums would be appreciated!!

bumpbumpbump… anyone?
