heyy, what did you guys think??

Easy 800. You’d have to be mentally challenged to get anything below a 750, ■■■■■.

Well then smart ass what. Were some of the anwers?

^Spelling mistakes are always sweeter when somebody’s defending their intelligence. Not to question yours, I always get sub-750 haha. There’s gonna be a hell of a curve on this one, I do believe.

Was 3.33333 an answer for a grid in?

And what was the question for the last grid in?

Did anyone had a test with the following questions:

An equilateral triangle with area a with two other equilateral triangles inside it, each with sides = 1/3 of the big triangle’s sides.

A system:
6x + 2y = k
2x + y = 126

What is the greatest 4-digit number with digits that sum up to 25?

0<1/x<1

0<y<1

does anyone know the answer to that question (it was like, which of the following optiions has the greatest value)

yes it was x + 1/y because x is a whole number and y is a fraction, so 1/y is a whole number. A whole number + a whole number = more than one number & 1 fraction

for some reason i didnt figure that out, i was reasoning that way though, but maybe i got pressure by looking at the clock (first time taking SAT) and simply ommited it

Just out of curiousity, how many can u miss and get an 800? I took math 2, but Id just like to compare.

Sent from my DROIDX using CC App

i think you can only miss 1, maybe 2, in order to get an 800.

@ peterpan123 wrong. Math I curve is extremely harsh because of its difficulty level. I took Math I in may, got 1 wrong and got a 770.

Usually, its anywhere from 30-40 points each problem in the first few wrong and it winds down after <650s.

I also took it in January and got 3 wrong, and got a 710

In math II however, the curve is MUCH more easier. You can get a few wrong and still have a chance at 800

what did you guys put for the last problem?? it was the one with the two circles inside the cube

and sorry for those who are confused but this is for the math level 1 subject test, not the sat math section

Is the curve on the Math IC subject test similar to that of SAT I Math?

Oh and by the way, I was not being serious with my initial post.

was the math section with the (n+2)(n+3)/2 experimental? I hope its not because I totally bombarded that section!!

It was harder than I was expecting…I probably got 3-4 wrong. Do they tell you on your score report how many you got wrong? That’s the thing I hate about the SAT, the scores are so random and varied. You could get two wrong on one test and get a 760 and get two wrong on a supposedly “easier test” and get a 700. There are two many possible scores to get, which is why the ACT is better.

hey man, do u happen to know if the first math section, is experimental, the one with the “n” integers or something, it was the last question, i remember that the answer was “E” (n+2)(n+3)/2, that assuming u had a math experimental, anyways, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn’t take the SAT test sorry @1357910. I took the Math level 1 SUBJECT test.
