<p>How big of a difference in terms of difficulty level is there between the two classes?</p>
<p>If I am considering applying to Haas, will the admission committee look favorably at me taking Math 1 over Math 16 (assuming I muster out the same grades)?</p>
<p>Honestly, I think they just want to see the A.</p>
<p>Math 16 is sooo easy if you have any background in calculus. It’s easier because you don’t really have to do any proofs. You basically take things at face value.</p>
<p>Unless you really really want to take math 53/54 for some reason, do the 16 series. Haas cares about grades, and that’s it.</p>
