Math 104

What does the typical curve look like for math 104 classes? Any idea, say, what a 74% on a test might end up around? Purely hypothetical.

it varies a lot from professor to professor, for the first midterm a 74 is probably an A-

0% A's. 0% B's. 0% C's. 0% D's. 0% F's. 100% Suicides.

My prof. (Drumm) said that the breakdown could be 87%+ A, 75%+ B, 50-75% C or D, and under 50% is D or F. He wasn't exactly sure, but basically, it was 90% or near-90% would be an A, and mid 70s to high 80s is a B.

are intro econ exams curved?

Someone asked Stein the first day of class...she said, verbatim: "There is no limit on the number of As I can give." So I assume there's no curve.

Econ 010 for Wharton students is taught by Dr. Stein and Eudey (the micro and macro teachers) and there is no curve. They actually have 2 different grading methods and whichever one gives you a higher grade that is the method they use.
