heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

So I'm taking math 114 over the summer...how terrible should that be? Has anyone here had Spaide or Nayak? I have a choice between those two profs.

Also....how should I prepare for it in this next week? Slightly worried considering I haven't taken calc since first semester freshman year (now a rising junior) and I barely remember anything beyond basic derivatives and integrals....

I don’t even know what are these 2 things mean :)

You have to have the right morales.

It’s Math 114. The general idea is you’re screwed, but it’s summer so it should be more bearable. Just go over the stuff again briefly from 104. 114 material isn’t too hard, it’s the brutal curves and the professors being brutal that makes it a *****.
If I were you I’d study for it / audit the class and just take the exam to get the credit for it, but that’s just me.

thank you mystery man…

The vector side is pretty ok, and so it the calculus side, with double/triple integrals. The integration really isn’t as problematic as in 104.

When they combine it to form Vector Calculus and finish the Thomas’ Calculus book, then it gets hard.
