Hm. So maybe I could take the X classes this fall/spring and then take the regular classes on campus next summer. Theoretically, they should be very easy for me next summer and the review of calculus would be good for me. I could take 16a, 16b, and a calculus based statistics course during the summer and then in the fall i could take 100a to satisfy all of the prereqs. This seems doable and smart, right? I would be taking self paced precalculus thru extension before taking online 16a.

By the way, the reason I am not taking calc at a community college is because it requires too many prereqs and I wouldn’t have time to do them all. But all I really need for 16a-b is pre calculus, right?
