I’m taking math level 2 in June and I just started studying for it. I took the 2 diagnostic tests in barrons and I scored fairly low (690 on the first one and 710 on the second) so I’m getting really nervous. I got most of the questions I answered right, but I was only able to complete 35-40 questions in the time allotted. Any tips on how to improve this?

Barrons is a lot more difficult than the actual test. What I would do is try Barrons and then find some released official practice test online from the College Board and see what you get on that. That way, by using Barrons, you challenge yourself and practice with a more difficult curriculum than what actually goes on the test.
I would start off with McGraw Hill practice tests which are easier and then work your way towards the harder Barron’s tests. Also, make a mark of where you on the exam when time runs out but continue and finish the test. Good luck!
@happywharton oh my gosh thank you so much. You just helped me raise my score by 200 points
690~700 is pretty good for barron’s. Especially if you havent started studying. Once you drill on your weaknesses, you should be fine.
Also, Barron’s practice tests seems to be very graphing-calculator-intensive than the real exam. The questions are often times not that HARD but just takes alot of time because you have to graph alot of things.
