Math 20E Vector Calculus

I'm looking through the planned instructors for the next three quarters and pretty hesitant to choose any of them.

Planned Course Offerings for 2010-2011

There's no CAPE statistics on any of them for teaching 20E.

I'm leaning towards Professor Volpato in the first quarter, but I'll also be taking 3 other electrical engineering courses (2 of which I must take, the other being in the similar situation as this math course, except CAPE statistics do exist for the professors.)

Will that be too tough for my first quarter? (I haven't taken courses in a quarter system before, so I'm worried things might be too fast paced if I take too many courses)

I suppose I have no rush to take this math class, but I'm worried about the line-up of professors offered in the other quarters if I don't take this professor the first quarter.

Should I go with an easy first quarter and try my luck with the professors I have no reviews or background information of?

Looking at CAPE statistics, most professor statistics seem to point out that around 40% of the students expect to receive A's in the course, regardless of the professor (in general).
Anyone have any comments from taking this class? (Difficulty)

As a CSE major, I’ve never taken it myself since I’m not actually required to, but from what I’ve heard, 20E is supposedly one of the harder/hardest math courses in the 20 series.

I’m taking 20E this summer session with Eggers. I’ve found it relatively easy, but I’m going into my senior year and I’ve seen a bit of the material before. I really recommend the professor if you can get him.

i would take 20f before 20e

Thanks for replies, I might try to take it this Fall quarter.
I have taken Math20A-F, except E already from community college courses
It seems Eggers is teaching Math31CH (Honors Vector Calculus) in the Spring Quarter

Hopefully it won’t be too tough of a quarter.
