<p>This class is a business requirement and I was wondering if anybody can recommend Fedor Malikov? When I was registering, all the other professors still had at least 30 spaces left while Fedor only had 2 so I immediately added him. I found him on senate courseguide,but they were reviews regarding his math 245 class. Has anyone taken this guy? </p>
<p>Theres another prof named Nikolaos Zygouras and I cant find him ANYWHERE! A review of him would be nice too. Thanks</p>
<p>Haven't heard of those profs. I had Haskell (she's okay) but it looks like she's not teaching 218 next semester.
I've heard good things about Lin and bad things about Verona. </p>
<p>I don't have anything specific to say about the profs, but here's my experience with the class so hopefully this helps.
I think the professor you have is really important for 218 because of the common final. How well your class does determines approx. how many of each grade is given (so if in you class 5 people get A's on the final, then there's 5 A's in the class) so it's important to have a good teacher (or be able to teach yourself)</p>
<p>Also I had the MW class (so my Fridays were free) which was great but I ended up not going to any of the lectures for the last month of school because I was so bored (I just went to SI and dis for quizzes) but I ended up doing fine gradewise.</p>
<p>I had Malikov, but for math 430, which is completely unrelated to math 218 in every possible way (except that both are math).</p>
