<p>hello, on ucsbstuff.com it says we need "Single Variable Calculus: Early Transcendentals, Volume 1 6e" and im wondering if 5e will work just fine because i can get the 5e ver for a lower price </p>

<p>5e is fine, im taking it right now in summer and all the questions come straight from the 5e book</p>
<p>its more of a resource for you to refer to on your own, so really you dont even need a book at all if you know how to look up helpful info online or at the library</p>
