DS is applying to schools this year and is especially interested in math and computer science. We have searched the forum and the school websites, but it's hard to get clear information on this. Can anyone share thoughts on schools that have four years of math after BC calculus? The few schools that seem to list courses that would work don't have much information about how many kids are in those courses, whether they are online/independent work or a "real" class with peers, etc. We are aware of Exeter and the wonderful math available there, but there must be other schools that offer lots of math beyond calculus and/or resources to access that level of math elsewhere if needed. And are there any schools with especially good computer science? With many courses beyond AP level?

I've searched for prior team members of USACO but the website tends to list only names and not schools. What I'm interested in is learning if there are schools that provide for additional education in this area even if not offered by the school officially -- like research at a local U, or the opportunity to take courses at a local U if the standard curriculum was exhausted. Or very active clubs with lots of programmers in the student body.

Thanks much.
