Math Curve for June SAT

<p>Does anyoen remember an easy one about how many two digit numbers have both of the digits the same? It was multiple choice and 9 was the lowest choice. I thought I must be missing something. Someone please tell me it was 9?</p>

<p>Okay, I was just deathly worried that I misread it somehow. I probably spent the most time on that question of any of them! Which of course is why I had to do the skid mark problem in like half of a minute, and made a stupid mistake....</p>

<p>I didn't take the June SAT I, but if the question just said two digit NUMBERS and not two digit INTEGERS, could the answer be- </p>

<p>-I hear this test was extremely hard. Thank God I got an 800 in May. Just to let you know, my friend recieved a 780 with one wrong on the May SAT I Math.</p>

<p>icedragon that's a good observation but I rmbr it was a question in the beginning somewhere and I think it was two digit positive integers.</p>

<p>Yes, it was two digit positive integers. And there was no choice of 27. Nine was the lowest and I think 18 was the highest.</p>

<p>GOOD HOLY LORD! Don't scare me like that. I put 9 for the 2-digit integer section as well, and I had just started to wonder if I had read the question wrong.</p>

<p>Yea I put 9...Reading this site I know I got all of the hard ones correct, but now I'm fretting I missed the easy ones...ughh :)</p>

<p>hows the CR going for you by the way. For me so far, no sen. completions wrong I am proud to say that...and I can't predict CR because I forget what I put for some but for those that i do rmbr...I got them right. And for writing, its all based on essay for me...maybe 1-2 wrong MC.</p>

<p>I despise both of you. I went deathly slow on the easy ones as not to make stupid mistakes, and somehow only left myself less than a minute for the skid mark question, and managed to set up the equation wrong. Please give us one wrong is still an 800....</p>

<p>yeah hopefully it should be...because this test was actually pretty hard...i would not have finished if it wasn't for my ti-89 lol.</p>

<p>Which ones did you think were exceedingly difficult? Have you taken other SATs? I haven't, this was my first one, so I have really no idea if this was hard or not. I thought the trickiest one was the one that asked for something about a parabola formed by y=(x-p)(x-p-4) where x was a constant. I just graphed it on my ti-83 with a few different values of p. Maybe the sets A,B, and C, too, but I just plugged in numbers. </p>

<p>Shoot, I'm realizing now, we most likely could have had different tests and you have no idea what i'm talking about.</p>
