I skipped 2 multiple choice questions and got 2 'grid type' questions wrong. Assuming that I answered all the others correctly, what kind of score can I expect for math (out of 800)?

If the curve is similar to the nov. test’s then u might receive somewhere around 710-730

Should I cancel my scores?

2.5 years ago, I scored: CR-600, Math-790, Writing-610

(But I may have done better on CR and Writing…)

1) Does the college u’re applying to superscore?
2) Also, do u think u can get a better composite score?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes then I don’t see why you should cancel your scores.

I’m applying to around 8 colleges and most of them claim to consider only the SAT with the better composite score, although they will see both my scores. (Also, remember that my previous SAT was done 2.5 years ago.)

I honestly don’t know but I think I’ve done better on the English sections than the last time around.

IMO you don’t have to cancel your scores unless u’ve done horrendously bad.
Furthermore if they are going to see both ur scores and u think u’ve done better in the english sections then it wud be a better idea not to cancel your scores.
But that’s just my 0.02$

Ok what if I have missed like 2 questions and made 4 wrongs>>>

^My guess would be high 600’s.

Oh thanks! has everybody given there exams yet! ( DEC)

nope gonna give it in an hour or so

I already Did how come!

Different regions/time difference

ur an international ![]()
how was it? easier than u expected?

It was much harder than I expected (My previous math score was 790)! I’m not allowed to give out any more information, so please don’t ask.

That means the curve is probably not evil like November’s.

What exactly do you mean by that? Please explain.

i took it and the math was okay. its fairly average.
im thinking -1 would be 780

If the overall difficulty of the questions is high then there is a generous curve.

Since the nov. test was quite easy, there was a very harsh curve. But if wht u say is correct (i.e. the test was very difficult) then the curve this time around should be generous.Meaning u shud certainly get more than 710.

^Say, does 710 look really bad when contrasted with a 790?
