<p>Is anyone else having trouble with the website for the online math practice test? </p>

<p>My orientation is in a few days and I would like to see how much I need to study...BUT I CAN'T because "the page cannot be found." HELP!</p>

<p>and...is the test hard? how much did you need to study?</p>

<p>the test is really not that hard. It’s pretty basic algebra, but you don’t get a calculator (at least, we didn’t). I don’t really think there’s much to study for; just brush up on basics.</p>

<p>^ From what I was told, you could bring a calculator though.</p>

<p>Oh, and what kind of basics are we talking about here?
1 + 1 = 2 or dx/dy(3x) = 3</p>

<p>there is no calculus, all precalc… some geometry, and exponents, and logs, dont trip. maybe glance over an SAT review if you are really worried, but the test is way easier than any SAT question.</p>

<p>well, they didn’t -give- us calculators, we had to -bring- our own… and make sure you bring it w/ you before you go down to see your orientation counselor after check-in, 'cause you won’t have much of a chance to go back up to your dorm after the presentations start.</p>

<p>thanks guys, i’ll just pack everything into my backpack so this way i 'll have everything with me at all time. LOL, i can’t believe i thought of that all by myself, my mom would be proud of me!</p>

<p>i contacted the math dept and they e-mailed back saying they’ll get a new one up soon. BUT I HAVE 104 TOO SO GREAT. i don’t think it’ll be up in time. So, I tried doing the math test from Univ of Washington Seattle…</p>

<p>Hey do you guys know if you can just show up at the session date to take the test? Or do you have to sign up before hand??</p>
