Math doesn't suck, you do

<p>Does anyone read Maddox's posts often? I think he's a hilarious guy.</p>

<p>I’m glad he addressed the major criticism I was going to give him, which was just saying “math” at first while not noting the differences between applied and theoretical math. Applied math is easy to program (Well not easy to program in C++, but generally easy to follow), but it’s real humans that are required to find theoretical math, as of right now.</p>

<p>And yes, he has a very hilarious tone.</p>

<p>applying known math can be as difficult as discovering new math. but there are ways to apply known math to things which are easy, but no such easy ways to discover new math. that’s the difference for me i think.</p>
