Math Help. I can't find the answer that was posted earlier. Help

Given twenty couples, how many different three member groups can be fromed that do not contain both members of any of these couples?

Once again I began by setting up two pairs. I used the alphabet because it was easier. For example, couple Aa, couple Bb, couple Cc, etc. Next I began putting them in groups of three. ABC, ABc, AbC, etc until I went through all of the twenty pairs. Any help would be appreciated.

(I'm sorry but I cannot find my other message anywhere so I had to start a new one.)
