Ok so to start it off, I'm having trouble with getting high score on the math section. When I take practice tests, I usually get in the high 600s and most of my mistakes are careless mistakes. I also have a tendency with getting stuck on "easy" problems either because I overthink them too much or I just approach them the wrong way and i make it much harder than it really is. I mean I'm a pretty good math person in school as well as I got a 780 on mathIIC (I know not that great on CC standards). Also math is my best section so I desperately need at least a 750 or above. Any advise?

How quickly do you finish your math sections? I would advise that you pay meticulous attention to the wording of the problems, and double or triple check all your answers if you have the time.

If you need to set up a multi-variable differential equation to solve a math problem, stop. You're obviously doing something wrong. Reread the question and start the problem over. Or write down the given data and write down what you need to find, especially on long winded story problems.
