<p>im am currently in ap calc bc, but its really hard and i know that im going to end up with a B in the class both semesters and mite get a 4 on the ap test. I want to drop down to AB where i know i can get an A in the class and a 5 on the ap test.
will being in calc ab hurt my chances of getting into an engineering program at schools like uc berekely, uc la, or ucsd?</p>

<p>it depends on your other science courses. even if you switched ucsd is still a real possibility. but yeah, la or berkeley are stretches. to alex, i dont think most us public schools even offer calc cd</p>
