i'm preparing for 3 subject tests this november, and i really only have time for two. for those of you that took both SAT II Math I and the SAT I Math, do you think just studying for SAT I Math is good enough for a good (750+) score on the SAT II Math I test?

SAT Math Level I is slightly harder than SAT Reasoning Math... I think if you can score 750+ on Math on SAT I, then you are probably set for about 700+ on Level I, but I would still get a Princeton Review or prep book and study for it...

My situation is not in accord with what the above poster says, although it is a little unusual. I took the SAT twice and the highest I was able to get my math score was 700. (my highest diagnostic test out of like 5 was only 710, so it had nothing to do with being nervous). However, I scored a 770 my first try on the Math IC and am feeling very confident about my score on the IIC I took this October. The strange part is that I took a practice math SAT section a little while ago to see if I should take the SAT again if I had improved, but my score was still around a 700.

I think the Math IC is like just solve it type of deal.

The SAT I Math is just like strange word problems that you have to decipher.
