MATH IC blue book error?

<p>hey all this question is REALLY frustrating me, and im not sure if its me thats wrong of it is the blue book</p>

<p>the question goes like this</p>

<li>If y = 2x^3 + 18x^2 – 30 for 0 < x < 10, the maximum value of y occurs when x=…</li>
</ol>

<p>a) 0
b) 1.13
c) 6
d) 8.87
e) 10</p>

<p>my answer was E (10) however, the answer int he bb said it was C (6).</p>

<p>10 seems to make the most sense...</p>

<p>They must have changed it. In the printout I have (assuming it's the same problem, i can only find the little answer key), it says E.</p>
