Hi all,
I'm taking SAT II Chemistry, Writing, and either Math IC or IIC. I'm registered for IIC, but I'm reconsidering. I marked IIC on my MIT early action app. I've taken Algebra I, Algebra II, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, and am now taking Statistics. I'm afraid of the trigonometry and geometry on the IIC exam. Could someone please help?

This is bumpety bumpety bumpety bump bump bump bump bump

thee is more geometry on 1c and if your applying to MIT i would take 2c

There's an equal amount of trig and geometry on the IC exam. You might as well take IIC and take advantage of the nice curve.

To answer your question, if you are afraid of trignometry and geometry on the IIC exam, you shouldn't be applying to MIT. Second, there is almost no geometry on the IIC exam.

To also answer the nice curve statement which I've seen about 300 times in the past year, a 760 on the Math IC would look better than an 800 on the math IIC because of the high percentile ranking of such a sore on the IC test.
