math II is harder than the math section of the sat reasoning, right? and how much harder?

I found it to be much harder. It has a lot more trig and advanced math questions, plus some stuff brushing on calculus.

ah ok. i haven’t even taken pre-calc yet so i guess i should avoid the math II?

way harder

:x found reasoning to be harder.
The curve with MATH2 is more generous than that of the SAT.
:x you can get like 3-4 wrong and still score a 800 on SAT2 while get like 3 wrong on SAT1 and score a 700ish.

Seriously? You can only get 3 wrong on SAT I to score a 700? :-/

Well, not a 700, that would be an exceptionally harsh curve…I think I got 3 wrong and got a 730 this time round.

Darn, still a really hard curve!

I got 3 wrong and 1 omit on June test and 700!

It’s debatable. The content on math 2 is harder; the curve on math reasoning is harsher. I suppose if you’re asking on which test it’s easier to get a better score, the answer if math 2 but make sure you know your stuff.
