for the PR book, is it Cracking the SAT II: Math 2C?

Should I get that or the Barron's book?

I just took a test on sparknotes, and I got 570 w/out any preparation at all. So I definitely need to study.

Apparently Barrons over-prepares you for the test. I used Princeton (it had Math I and II combined in one massive book) and thought it covered the material fairly well; there were one or two sections where I had to dig up my old math notes because I didn't think PR explained it well enough, but I'm not sure how important those sections were on the actual test (i.e. whether they showed up in as much depth as I expected, or whether PR covered it sufficiently)

agree, Barrons is way harder than the actual test, so much so that i think you dont gain much after the first 30 question of any test. i never seriously took the barrons test but i feel i would have gotten mid 600s on it, i got a 780on the real thing
