Do Ivy Leagues (and Stanford) require a student to take the Math IIc Subject test? Right now I have two subject tests that aren't that great, Biology- 750 and US History- 680, so can I take the November test for the SAT to submit my math score for QB?

Stanford does not require any subject tests. However, they recommend two. If you elect to take a math subject test they also recommend that it be Math II. As for the other half of your post, I do not think that the November test can be used for the Match but it can certainly be used for the Regular Decision process. I’m saying this because Stanford, like all other QB partner schools, require all application materials (including supplements and test scores) to be sent in by November 1.

Thanks, Atelophobia.

Do you think it is a better idea to submit only my 750 Bio SAT II and say that I will be taking Math IIc in november? That way I won’t have to show my sub-par 680 apush score. And btw, I am aiming for becoming a QB finalist and not truly expecting to be matched.

Oh then sure! If you aren’t aiming to be matched QB doesn’t even require subject tests for the finalist application so you don’t have to worry. Go ahead and post your 750 in the app and congrats!
