Can anyone tell me about the practice tests for kaplan, barron's, sparknotes, and meylani beyond whether they are "hard" or "easy" (for math IIC). All of the books are the newest version's. I need feedback on how realistic they are and good estimates on what amount to add/take away to get an aproximate score. Which book mimics the test in terms of material and not difficulty the best. Test is june. I really want feedback on the sparknotes tests. You can take them by logging on as a random person and you get a practice test free. Thanks!

BUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need HELP!!!!!!!!

sparknotes seem pretty accurate. barrons is harder. kaplan is generally easier but their tests ask a few stupid obscure questions. meylani is a bit harder but is excellent practice.

if you want roughly the same difficulty, sparknotes seems the best bet.

WHOOOO!!!!!!! I got a 760 on the Sparknotes test, but there seem to be some wierd questions. How about this. Is X^2^X equal to X^2X. They think no, but it is by exponet laws right? I chose X^2^X but if there equal I got that one right. Also this question. If a coin is tossed 4 times and it is givin that it landed on heads more than two times, what is the probobility that it landed on heads all four times? Isn't it 1/2 because it either landed on heads 3 times or 4 times...

Anyway, if I got both of those right, then I would've gotten a 790, and I still have time to study. YEA!! 800 hear I come!

Dear Stix2400,
Your question is similar to the following:
2^3^4 = 2 ^ (3^4)=2^81
you are mixing it up with (2^3)^4=2^12
these are not the same things
X^2^X is NOT equal to X^2X

HHHH
HHHT

THHH

Probability is 1/5

Hi Stix2400,
My tests are harder than the usual, but question types are similar to those of the collegeboard. If you have a raw score of about 35 in my tests then you surely will score 800 on the real one.

Rusen Meylani.
