Math level 2: Aiming for an 800 (help needed)

I got a 660 on the Math 2 in October (extremely low for me). I am currently in Honors Calculus.. I need some advice for bridging this knowledge gap. What review book(s) is/are best? I bought barron's a while back, but it's not good at all. It's completely obscure and hard to follow. Did me little good. Any advice? I am taking in December, btw.

Thank you.

I got an 800 on the october sitting. I had to study on my own a lot of stuff, my highschool classes don’t really cover it (portuguese here).
I used the Barron’s and the Princeton, but mainly Barron’s. It is considerably harder than the Princeton (test wise). Just keep practicing, and master those topics. I got 780-800 on the PR and 700-750 on the Barron’s. Oh, and take the sparknotes tests available online. I got a 790 on one of them.

Hope this helps!

Thank you! I got the Kaplan (011-012, I believe) book today. Does anyone have an opinion on its quality/a good way to use it?

Key to doing well on Math ii is to do practice tests! Time yourself and make sure you at least attempt all the q before time runs out. =)

Have you taken precal before? If you have, the Barron’s book should be a godsend for you. I’ve never even taken precal, but I am finding the review in Barron’s to be clear and concise.
I agree the first chapter (functions) was a bit hard to follow, but if you spend a couple of days on it, it is really quite easy.

Try Barron’s again. It’s regarded as the best book for getting an 800 for a reason.
