I like how we all signed that thing on the bottom about not sharing materials online. If college board decides to track profiles down and file it, we are all screwed.

We've been doing it for ages on these forums.

Anyone know the curve from the June 2006 test? It is the same test as this one.

really...its the exact same...

<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/archive/index.php/t-197778.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/archive/index.php/t-197778.html</a></p>

they had no idea what the curve was, either.

and we're 10 pages more efficient than they are :P

We also seem to be more decisive on the problems :)

hmm I see classof08 and chocaholic0029 in that thread.. maybe they can pull up the curve on collegeboard.com for us? XD

we clearly pwned the other thread.
we have cooler people.

I was kinda confused about the sin120 question. Was the answer .866 or .581?

Yep, we do! Because it is 120 degrees, not 120 radians, the answer is 0.866 since sin(120 degrees) equals that. Make sure your calculator is in the right mode, or use the little degree sign they provide. I know it's on the left side of my TI-89.

This may sound stupid but...where is the degree sign on a TI-83 Plus? And also, if you use the degree sign and you're in radian mode, it doesn't matter? It'll still calculate it using degrees? That's spiffy!

I'm pretty sure the degree sign would override any mode settings you might have. I haven't used the TI-83 in forever, so I don't know, but I'm guessing it might be under ANGLE (2nd Apps) according to the picture here:

Got it! Thanks!

yeah the degree sign overrides mode

can some one give a comprehensive list of as many questoins as they can remember? ...at least the last 10 questions

the june 2006 thread has 16 pages of it

wait our test was a repeat of june's?

yes. and no one knew of course or it would've been 'unfair advantage' :P

how would i find the curve? how would even find out how many i got wrong? i'll try to help if i can!

hmm language tests have subscores available for you to see.. so I assumed that math would, too. does it not??
