Math level 2 - retake?

Hey guys, it's my first gloomy post here...

The thing is, I got 630. Which obviously sucks. But I really don't know if I should retake it in december. I'm applying to competitive LACs, have decent scores in Literature (700) and French (780), I guess they're ok as I'm an international non-native speaker. I'm not applying to engineering or anything (God forbid) so...should I retake it? I don't think it will rise significantly though. Maybe I'm just being morbid.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Oh please, don't torment me! I know that basically only admission officers have the answer, but still.

It doesn't suck. If you can, I'd retake it. If you honestly don't think you can do better, take another one perhaps? your other scores are good, though. so don't worry so much. :)

Deep inside I hoped for something encouraging:)
I guess I'll retake

I would retake it. No harm in doing it again one more time.

retake for sure.
i got a 630 the first time i took the math 2 in may and got a 720 when i retook it this month.
and i just crammed the week of the test, i think i just froze the first time.
retake it, you'll be more familiar with it and you'll probably do better.
especially since you're getting 700s in other subjects, you can probably handle it.

If you think you could get a 700+, I think you should retake it. I'm not a 100% sure, but colleges like diversity. Being good in math, lit and french is nice combination imo

It probably wouldn't hurt you too much, but raising it would be, of course, beneficial. I say, "why not?"
