I’m pretty sure the symmetry with respect to x=3 was -1.

Hey what did you guys get for the standard deviation question about test scores? I picked the one with one bar sticking out.

why was the integer 42 thingy -6

imthealexx thats rite

dawgy, 36- -6 = 42

that was one of the problems i missed, and i cant believe i missed it *** lol

Andrearoma:
Now that you mention it, I think you have the right answer, but the answer choice was just the y-coordinate. They gave you f(-1)=1 and you had to find f(7), so it was 1.

am i rite about the parabola?

They gave us f(-1)=-1. Ergo, f(7) = -1.

I only finished up to #38

shooting for at least 600 :S

I don’t remember if it was -1 or 1… I think it was how hiking wrote…

physicsboy32

Your parabola method seems like a complicated method, but it does work:
y = (x-3)^2 + c
1=(-1-3)^2+c
c=-3
y=(x-3)^2-3
y=(1-3)^2-3=4-3=1

@ prospective you’re right. Also what exactly was the multiples one? perfect cube or something. I omitted three and so far have missed three. What is my scaled score so far?

@pch340 I aimed for a 600 in November, pleasantly got a 670
Now I’m aiming for a 720

does anybody remember the answer to the question that was like what interval does sinx ≤cosx or something> I put 0≤x≤45 degrees

that’s what i got slakaa

It was -1, -1, and then they gave you x=3. So by that reasoning it would be -1… Somewhow I miscalculated the distance from -1 to 3 and 7…

im doing some review homework for calc and i was wondering if anyone could help me with this thing that has been bothering me.

do the ends of a closed interval have limits?

[Closed Interval – from Wolfram MathWorld](Closed Interval -- from Wolfram MathWorld)

Sorry to be sort of off topic but exactly how much harder is the AP Calculus AB test compared to the SAT Math 2?

What was the entire / approximate question that had to do with x= -3?
