I only have a TI-85. It's really old and slow. :( I took the test last time with a scientific calculator so I guess a TI-85 would be an improvement but should I just get an 83 or something? Or will any graphing calculator do?

I think it's fine. You can buy a TI 83 for $50 or so, if you feel like you need one. If you plan to do math in the future, you might consider buying a TI 89. It can do calculus and has a solve function, things the TI83 lacks. But you don't NEED them. And it's probably more important to be familiar with your calculator than have a really good calculator.

I didn't use my calculator for anything besides evaluating formulas, and I scored 800. I don't think any special kind of calculator is really required to do well on the test.
