Math lvl 2 prep question

how much time did you spend preparing for the math II sat II?

u wont need more than a month...just do all of kaplan, princeton and sparknotes. around 10 practice tests

About an hour--seriously. I wouldn't necessarily follow my example, though--I am an extremely fast memorizer and was able to commit all the formulas/trig identities/whatever that I didn't know to memory and spit them back out for the test. I didn't get an 800, but I still got a very good score (770). There really isn't that much material to cover--I sat down to go through it (the night before--again, not a good example!) and was surprised by how little I needed to learn/relearn. Part of that is the fact that the Math II exam covers material that you have learned more recently in school--plus it has a very generous curve. In contrast, I did basically the same thing for the Math I, and the tough curve and low recall factor (math that I did in Middle School) led me to a 730--certainly a respectable score, but not amazing.

About 50 hours in total - got an 800.

if you are in a honors precalc class, it should be a breeze (or that is what the juniors from last year told me...)

I am taking it in June, it doesn't seem that hard

If you finished precalc, not much studying needed.

I did maybe about 30-40 min of prep for about 2-3 weeks, got 800. (a borderline 800, percentile-wise)
