Im interested in statistics and a bit in computer science such as programming, or maybe something in applied math. Maybe business statistics or something?

Data Science is computer science and statistics, if you’re talking about what you can do with such a major.

All require the same math core for advanced study. I took stats 1 concurrently with college algebra years ago. Usually business stats is a course b-school majors take after stats 1. Business stats: Not offered as a minor or major commonly, but you may want to research more for your area schools to check. I think after calc.2 or 3 you can take a math programming class. You will need calculus cycle if you study stats at graduate level. May want to try stats or actuarial science also just think you should do your core math and see what you like more. I’ve always preferred stats to applied math or programming for instance. I did my undergrad in business- accounting, but going through calc cycle opens you up to choosing applied math, computer science, and stats related studies. I also find financial math interesting to research. Data mining is a stats based cs study that may be of interest. I preferred stats over everything else, still do, brushing up on it again to take as SI.
