MATH! Need so much help

So far my scores in math (on the past 3 ACTs I have taken) have been: 22, 24, 26

Worst thing is, I don't know if my scores have slightly improved based on studying or luckier guessing.

Is there anyone who had similar scores and got at least a 29 on this section by a particular method? I don't get how people say it is the easiest section to improve on. HOW??!! =( Some suggestions would be very helpful!

Should I just keep taking practice tests? Right now, my plan is kaplan, PR, and 5 real ACTs.

I think that my thread would be helpful for you.

m8, get The Real ACT Book and practice....also get those books too ^^
But the more you practice the math section the better you will get cuz when u practice alot you are experiencing and encountering different and various problems. Also I would recommend doing a lot of SAT probs 2 because since they are harder, you will be more prepared.

Review math concepts.. Worry more about the concepts of subscores that's lower than the rest.

mc3's post is amazing! I need to try this badly.
