Math Phd programs: top 100 worth applying to?

Given the following information, do you think applying to a top 50 or top 100 math phd program is worth it?

-No name liberal arts college (only about 35% of our students were in the top 10th of their graduating class in high school)
-GPA: 3.72, Math GPA: 3.79
-Ended my freshman year with a 3.42 GPA; Improved tremendously.
-Important Courses taken: Calculus I-III, Calc-Based Physics, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Real Analysis, Topology
-Courses taking in my final semester: Diffy Q, Complex Analysis
-Pursued Actuarial Science simultaneously for a while; passed 3 important exams (all of which required a lot of outside studying time) and landed a top internship as an actuary. Decided senior year that I wanted to pursue graduate math.
-3 LOR from professors that know me well and have seen me improve.
-Working on a senior project that invokes economics, linear algebra, and topology

-GRE Scores:
General: 164Q,152V,Writing (waiting for results - expecting at least a 5)
Subject: 1st time - 550 (24%)
2nd time - waiting for results (expecting 580-600 or 35%)

The main thing I have going for me is the improvement. I came into undergrad hating school and am leaving as a huge math nerd that reads about math in my free time. My statement and LORs should reflect this.

What do you think? Thank you so much for any feedback!

PI and your own interest are more important than the ranking.

There aren’t that many selective PhD programs in math. If you can’t get into a “top 100” PhD program in math, you might not get into any at all.
