<p>Do I need to take the math placement test before my advising & orientation date? Or am I able to take it afterwards?</p>

<p>You can take it on day 1 of your orientation (just walk into the placement testing office around 10am). You can take it later, too. However, if you want to take math in fall quarter, take the placement exam asap so you can register for a class.</p>
