math placement test

hi! i took the math placement test month ago and i got 16 out of 24? i think.
i am not a strong math person(i mean i been taking higher math classes in high school and made at least As but math gives me lots of stress:( .. but like high school, is it good to take hard math course? or is it better to take easy math course then get a good grade?

Your advisor will use that math test to help put you in the appropriate level of math. The score has no bearing on your admittance. It’s simply for placement.

Math at A&M is very hard, especially if you are not math inclined. My son’s advisor even told him to take his one math class (he’s a liberal arts major) at summer school and not at A&M. Of course, if you are a math or science major, that’s a whole different discussion. I’m assuming you are not based on the tenor of your question.

ohhh i see… thank you so much! and my major is business well i guess i have to work really hard when i goto college… :)

oh and what is english composition class? is it mainly about grammar and writing? i am a intenational student so i am really worry about that class…
