math placement test

<p>I just took the pre-orientation math placement test and got 39/40. I placed into Math 118 and 125. Is that the highest level anyone can place into? If not, what is? And also can I also place out of any classes if I got a 5 on the AP Calculus exam?</p>

<p>happyfish1, yes that is the highest. And a 5 on Calculus AB will allow you to skip math 125 (Calc 1). A 5 on Calculus BC, on a case-by-case basis, will allow you to skip math 225 (Calc 2)</p>
